College-wide Da Vinci Field Trip

The STEM Club has scheduled a field trip to the traveling exhibition Da Vinci: The Genius on Friday, February 21 which is open to all students and faculty.  This exhibition is currently on loan to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama.  The STEM Club has secured a special reduced group admission rate of $11 per person (tickets are usually $25 at the door).

The exhibit features Leonardo da Vinci as an inventor, artist, scientist, anatomist, engineer, architect, sculptor, and philosopher.  Students will enjoy life-size machine inventions, including the first automobile concepts, bicycle, helicopter, glider, parachute, Scuba, submarine, military tanks and much more.
