Annual Security Report

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act, the Department of Facility Services prepares the Annual Security Report. The report can be accessed on the Columbia State Safety and Security webpage. This report contains security policies, procedures, guidelines and the College’s Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program. Crime statistics for the three most recent completed calendar years are included in the report. These statistics are based on incidents reported at six campus locations. You may request a paper copy from the student services or human resources office on the Columbia campus, 1665 Hampshire Pike, Columbia, TN 38401.
